Day15: Late Night Screening

Day 15: Movie Night

Life has been busy recently. The time I've had to draw has been very limited- but I promise, I've been trying ;v;
Here's this though- had a lot of fun with the shading on this one

Headcanon
First off, these two have a weird fascination with building pillow and blanket forts lol.  Secondly, Shard is a bit of an accidental romantic.  He doesn't try to be- it just kind of happens.  He likes doing little things to surprise Nicole and ends up being sappy and sweet enough to give anyone cavities. Nicole is still a bit emotionally distant with this sort of thing.  She deeply appreciates his gestures and finds him incredibly adorable, but sometimes gets her priorities out of whack or just doesn't know/understand how to respond to his accidentially 'grand' displays of affection. Somewhere inside of her, she has a deep seated want to do the same thing for him, and tries despserately, but ultimately has no idea what she's doing so he ends up 'planning' most of their dates. He likes setting up little surprise movie nights like this where they don't actually watch the movie and just fail at tossing virtual popcorn into each other's mouths.
